SchemeSync RE is built around a simple idea: every buyer is different, so every property should be evaluated against their actual priorities — not someone else's idea of what matters. Here's how that plays out across the product.
Buyers define their own weighted priorities via sliders. Budget. Beds. Baths. Square footage. Lot size. Commute. Schools. Sub-criteria roll up into parent categories — parents must sum to 100%, sub-criteria are weighted relative within their parent. Every adjustment auto-saves and triggers a rescore.
The first thing a buyer sees when they log in: their top five highest-scoring properties with fit percentages, tier badges, and a one-tap path into full details. Built to answer "what should I look at next?" without the back-and-forth.
The buyer's version of the agent view. All available properties ordered by fit score with tier badges. Budget color coding — green for in-range, yellow for stretch, red for over. One click to the full evaluation.
Auto-scoring handles the baseline. But a buyer walks through a house and feels things the algorithm can't capture. Any criterion can be overridden with a slider. Overrides turn green so it's clear which scores came from the buyer. Reset to auto-grade with one click.
Buyers write free-form notes on any property. "The kitchen is dated but it's big." "Next door neighbor has a barking dog." Those notes feed into the AI report so it speaks to what the buyer actually experienced, not just the data on the listing.
One-click report generation per property. The AI incorporates their criteria, their grade overrides, their notes, and comparisons to other properties in their match board. Styled display, print-ready formatting. Professional enough to bring to a family decision.
Create buyers with full urgency fields: timeline to purchase, pre-approval status, motivation level. Give them login access or keep the account under your control. Search, filter, and sort across everyone in your book.
A three-tab interface. "My Properties" shows everything you're tracking. "Import from MLS" searches the feed and imports with auto-scoring in one click. "Manual Entry" lets you add off-MLS opportunities, pocket listings, or just-listed homes before they hit the feed.
The agent's ranking view. Properties ordered by weighted buyer readiness across four urgency factors: timeline, pre-approval, budget alignment, motivation. Move the sliders to reprioritize. Demand bars show buyer activity. Tier badges color-code status at a glance.
Select any buyer from a dropdown and see their full ranked match board exactly as they see it. Useful for prep before a call: "Here's where your top three are tonight, let me tell you why."
Each property generates an evaluation record per buyer — category scores, strengths and concerns, the full AI report, the buyer's client notes (read-only for agents). Everything you need to walk into a conversation prepared.
Agents can view buyer data but can't edit buyer criteria, can't manually grade properties, can't modify overrides. Buyers control their own priorities. The division keeps conversations honest and the data trustworthy.
Every agent, buyer, property, and evaluation belongs to a brokerage. Data never leaks across firms. When you add an agent, their existing buyers and properties roll up to your visibility. When an agent leaves, their data stays with the brokerage.
Brokers manage user accounts within their firm. Create agent accounts, reset passwords, deactivate departed agents. Standard brokerage administration, without the phone call to IT.
Brokers see the same navigation agents see — Home, Buyers, Properties, Master Board, Match Board — but scoped across the entire brokerage, not one agent's book. See which properties your firm is touching, which buyers are closest to close.
The broker package includes a platform base fee plus a per-agent charge. Onboarding a new agent is adding a seat. Losing one is removing a seat. No contracts that grow faster than you do.
