Welcome to SchemeSync, a product of AiDA Advisory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at aida-advisory.com and the SchemeSync platform at hs.aida-advisory.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SchemeSync is a football player evaluation platform that provides structured grading tools, AI-generated scout reports, fit score calculations, academic eligibility tracking, and recruit board rankings. The Service is intended for use by coaches, athletic directors, training facilities, recruiting organizations, and individual subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid features of the Service are offered on an annual subscription basis. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SchemeSync, including player profiles, grades, evaluations, and notes. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
SchemeSync enforces role-based access control and data isolation between organizations. Each organization's data is accessible only to authorized users within that organization, except where explicitly shared by an administrator.
The Service includes AI-generated scout reports and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist human evaluation and should not be considered a substitute for professional judgment. AiDA Advisory does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
SchemeSync may be used to evaluate athletes under the age of 18. Organizations using the Service to evaluate minors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the collection and use of minors' personal information, including obtaining necessary parental or guardian consent where required.
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (d) use the Service to discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic; (e) resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AiDA Advisory does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through its use. SchemeSync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any collegiate or professional sports organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDA Advisory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
