AiDA Advisory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website aida-advisory.com and the SchemeSync platform at hs.aida-advisory.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, role, and organizational affiliation.
Athlete Data: Coaches and administrators enter athlete profiles including names, measurables, academic records, grades, and evaluation data. This data is entered by authorized users within each organization.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Contact Form Submissions: When you contact us via our website, we collect the name, email, organization, and message content you provide.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate AI-powered scout reports and analysis; manage your account and subscription; respond to inquiries and support requests; improve the Service through anonymized usage analytics; and communicate important updates about the Service.
SchemeSync enforces strict data isolation between organizations using role-based access control. Each organization's athlete data, grades, and evaluations are accessible only to authorized users within that organization. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed and salted password storage, and access controls at both the application and database levels.
We do not sell your personal information or athlete data to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances: with your explicit consent; to comply with legal obligations or court orders; to protect the rights, property, or safety of AiDA Advisory, our users, or the public; or with service providers who assist in operating the Service (subject to confidentiality agreements).
SchemeSync may contain data about individuals under the age of 18. We take the privacy of minors seriously. Organizations using the Service to evaluate minors are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from parents or guardians as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 13 without parental consent.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scout reports and analysis based on data entered by users. AI processing occurs on secure infrastructure. We do not use your organization's athlete data to train AI models for other customers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); export your data in a standard format; and withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis.
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
