Learn More →AiDA Advisory LLC is a technology and consulting firm based in Huntsville, Alabama. We build weighted evaluation platforms that bring structure and rigor to complex decision-making. The same approach used to evaluate missile defense systems and multi-domain operations architectures, applied to commercial domains where better decisions matter.
Our work spans two complementary areas. We deliver senior systems architecture and digital engineering services to defense and federal clients. And we develop commercial software products that apply defense-grade evaluation frameworks to sports and real estate, markets where structured, data-driven analysis has been historically absent.
What connects the work is the methodology. Weighted criteria, model-based analysis, traceable decisions, and AI-powered reporting. Whether the subject is a weapons system or a high school quarterback, the question is the same. How do you evaluate complex tradeoffs rigorously and communicate the analysis clearly?
AiDA Advisory provides senior-level systems architecture, digital engineering, and model-based systems engineering services to defense and federal clients.
Founded by a 20-year enterprise architect with experience supporting Army Futures Command, U.S. Space Command, missile defense programs, and multi-domain operations initiatives, AiDA brings specialized expertise across a defined set of capability areas.

One of the most persistent structural problems in defense acquisition is not technical. It is how capability is funded. Policies and doctrine demand interoperability across services, domains, and coalition partners, but new capabilities are typically funded vertically through individual program channels. The result is familiar. Capabilities get built, then interoperability gets retrofitted, at significant cost and schedule impact.
AiDA Advisory has developed a systematic methodology for identifying and funding capabilities horizontally from the outset. The approach draws on twenty years of enterprise architecture experience across Army Futures Command, U.S. Space Command, missile defense integration, and multi-domain operations initiatives.
The full methodology is not published publicly. Contracting officers, program executives, and industry partners interested in learning more should contact steven@aida-advisory.com.
Steven has over 20 years of senior-level experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and digital transformation across the defense and commercial sectors. He has led digital engineering initiatives at Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman, shaping architecture and modernization strategies for Army Futures Command, U.S. Space Command, missile defense programs, and multi-domain operations.
His work has directly informed architecture decisions at the general officer level, supported congressional funding initiatives for defense programs, and established modeling standards still used across U.S. Army modernization efforts today.
Steven holds an active security clearance and is based in Huntsville, Alabama.
